Approximately 15 hours (including pattern and toile)

19th Century bustle dresses, Christian Dior's New Look and Tessuti's beautiful fabric!
Additional Information:
Like most Melbournian's I have a predisposition to black clothing. So I couldn't pass up this opportunity to show my take on the little black dress.
