About My Dress

Pattern Used:
My own design

Fabrics Used:
White Hana Web (lace) and Zin Tapioca (linen)

Time To Create:
A week.

Dress Influenced By:
Many a day have I felt the need to dress up but the strong urge to sleep in for that 5-turn-10 minutes, conquers me and I end up not having time to layer up, bling up and basically end up going out feeling under-dressed. Yes, that was my main inspiration. Hahaha. Having a simplistic and comfortable pull over that does not compromise it's elegant appeal meant to me that closures were not necessary (wanted). I just wanted a dress I could turn to for something like a beach cover up or to wear on top of a simple singlet and shorts. Laissez-faire, driven by ethos. That is all. :)

Additional Information:
The lace at the back was hand knit
and my model Nina Rokvic was very accommodating. :)

And thank you ERIC FAN for driving us there then carrying everything, even Nina's shoes.

And Ms.Gunst for your guidance. :)

Pictures were handled by me, so rest assured they are not photoshopped. :B

Glad it made an impression! The shape and maybe the strong juxtaposition with the sleek overall is not what you’re looking for. But do look around, the texture less midriffs and body clenching clothes? NOT ME. :) Thx JJ~

AND, it can be worn whatever way you like. :) It still sits the same way.
