You should have a bit of red at the bottom, it would look like a red tailed black cockatoo :)

Amazing! Tell us more about the dress: leaves, feathers, or scales? And, are they constructed from a single layer of organza, double, or single with lining? etcetera....

love the concept, but think it's taken a bit too far? think the 'scales' in the skirt are beautiful and flattering, but think taken up over the shoulders makes it a bit frumpy.

im sure alot of effort has been put into this, but I am not sure if I would wear it

Not sure about the V cut back (it is like a bird with scales and a point V tail) but great effort has been put it :D

if this was worn out, someone would mistake you as a giant dress up cockatoo, but good work!

I love this little black number. Its cute, its playful, it suggests fun yet there is a refinement in the design that says sassy and classy.

i just re-voted 5 for this dress. some people who are clearly blind have marked this dress lower than the 4/5 and 5/5 hearts it deserves. to them i say 'get your eyes checked, this dress is gorgeous.' xx

To me it sounds like Kath likes the dress, because she doesn't think the dress isn't that nice. So... that must mean she likes it. Good on you Kath

I agree with anonymous. This dress really isn't that good and to be quite frank I don't know why it's winning.

I love how this dress doesn't have a bow. I think it's very creative and most worthy of 5/5 votes.
