I was inspired by bright yellow for this dress as it is spring and it makes a statement then the soft and elegant spotted tulle over the top. The design of the dress is very classic but I have included a pleated front panel in the bodice to give a bit of detail. This dress would be perfect to wear to the Melbourne Cup.
