Peplums were showing up in a lot of the overseas collections and I really love them....very feminine and girly! The fabric I used includes some metal which really helps to emphasize the shape.
Additional Information:
I wanted to design something really simple; a shape that you could just pull on over your head. I wanted it to be comfortable and easy fit.
