My major inspiration was the current pattern mixing trend. I chose two silk twills in navy and off white, one of which had random polkadots and the other a funky web of stripes. To complement the modern fabric patterns, I chose a classic dress pattern.
Additional Information:
I really enjoyed making this dress. It was fun to see the fabrics come together into the dress just as I'd imagined them. Thanks, Tessuti, for opening this contest up to the world!
