Inspired by the beautiful photo by Louise Dahl-Wolfe of Mary Jane Russell wearing a 1950s Dior dress.
Additional Information:
The bottom of the dress was inspired Alice in Wonderland style.. with a hint of garlic clove! For me the fitted, boned bodice helped to balance out the billowing skirt form. Ideally I would have loved to make this in green - step it away from the US flag... :-)
