The colours & flamboyance of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival. A loud, statement frock! For someone with a spunky personality....... only thing missing is a fabulous hat!
Additional Information:
Silk twill fabric was block fused to obtain more volume, rather than just being fluid.
