About My Dress

Cotton Lace, silk (origionally white dyed purple) and sequins

Dress Influenced By:
I love to use simple silhouettes that complement the figure along with high attention to detail, when creating this 30's inspired design I wanted to stay true to that.
Additional Information:
This design uses black lace and sequins with accents of purple and silvers for dimension. All flowers were hand made with silk organza, and all crystals were hand sewn on base fabrics.

Awesome work!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the fine hand work on the outfit. I have been a dressmaker for years now and do alot of fine hand work. this is an amazing piece. Would surely get total attention. Keep up the good work Wendy Love ur work :-)

beautiful dress. think it might be better with one shoulder or the other both seem too much. I think I'd like it best without the ruffle shoulder.

Amazing that you've gone from beginner to designing and making this work of art in just 2 years - you should be very proud of yourself - this dress is a definite winner IMHO.
